Batpor is strictly for players aged 18 and above. You will be asked to confirm your date of birth during registration, and identity verification at the withdrawal stage will confirm your age. Accounts found to belong to anyone under 18 are permanently closed and any deposited funds are returned to the payment source.

On the Login page, click "Forgot Password?" below the password field. Enter the email address or mobile number you used when registering. Batpor will send a reset link to your email or an OTP to your mobile within a few minutes. Click the link or enter the OTP and choose a new password. No. Each player is permitted to hold exactly one Batpor account. Creating duplicate accounts – for any reason, including attempting to claim welcome bonuses more than once – is a breach of the Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed. If you have accidentally created a second account, contact support immediately.

Batpor's KYC (Know Your Customer) process typically requires a clear photo of your CNIC (front and back) and a proof of payment method (for example a screenshot of your JazzCash or Easypaisa account showing your name and number). In some cases a selfie holding your CNIC may be requested. Verification is usually completed within 24 hours. KYC is required before your first significant withdrawal can be processed.

If you wish to permanently close your Batpor account, contact the live support team via chat or email at support@batpor.com and make the request. Any available balance will be returned to your registered payment method before closure. Yes. Batpor provides daily, weekly and monthly deposit limit options in Account Settings under Responsible Gaming. Setting a limit is instant – it takes effect immediately for reductions. Batpor does not charge its own fees on deposits.
