Your privacy matters to us. This policy explains exactly what personal information Batpor collects from Pakistani players, why we collect it, how we use and protect it, and what rights you have over your own data. We have written this in plain language so it is easy to follow.
These shape every data decision we make – from how we store your CNIC scan to how we handle your chat history with support
Batpor only collects the personal data it genuinely needs to operate your account and comply with regulations. We do not harvest data for its own sake.
All data stored by Batpor is protected by 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and AES-256 encryption at rest. Access is restricted to authorised personnel only.
Batpor does not sell your personal data to advertisers, data brokers or third-party marketers. Your information exists to serve you, not to generate revenue from third parties.
You can access, correct, export or request deletion of your data at any time. Batpor provides clear processes for exercising each right without unnecessary friction.
This policy is written in plain language and published openly. Batpor will always tell you what data we hold and why. No hidden clauses, no vague language.
Data is retained only for as long as necessary. Once a retention period expires, personal data is securely deleted or anonymised in accordance with Batpor's internal data lifecycle policy.
This Privacy Policy applies to the Batpor platform, accessible at batpor.com, and all associated mobile applications and services. When this policy refers to "Batpor", "we", "us" or "our", it means the operator of the Batpor platform.
Batpor is an online betting and gaming platform built specifically for Pakistani players, offering sports betting, esports betting, live casino, crash games, roulette, poker and fishing games. Operating a platform of this kind requires us to collect and process certain personal information about the people who use it. This document explains everything related to that process in full.
Batpor acts as the data controller in respect of the personal information you provide when registering and using the platform. This means we decide the purposes and means of processing your data. Where we use third-party services to assist with processing, those parties act as data processors on our instructions.
Summary: Batpor is the controller of your personal data. This policy covers all data collected through the batpor.com website and Batpor mobile apps. If you have questions about any aspect of this policy, contact support@batpor.com.

Batpor does not collect special category data (such as health information, ethnic origin or political opinions) and has no reason to do so. If we ever need to collect any such data, we will seek your explicit consent and explain the purpose in full before doing so.
Batpor collects personal data through several different channels. Understanding each one helps you know exactly what information we receive and when.
The majority of the personal data Batpor holds is provided directly by you. This happens when you register an account, complete identity verification, make a deposit or withdrawal, contact support, respond to a survey or participate in a promotion. You are always in control of what you provide through these channels.
When you use the Batpor platform – whether on a browser or through the Batpor mobile app – certain technical data is collected automatically. This includes your IP address, device identifiers, session timestamps and behavioural data such as which pages you visit and how long you spend on them. This data is collected using cookies and similar technologies, which are described in detail in the Cookies section of this policy.
In limited circumstances, Batpor may receive data about you from third parties. This includes identity verification providers (who confirm the authenticity of your CNIC or other documents), fraud detection services and payment processors. Data received from third parties is handled with the same level of care as data you provide directly.
Batpor does not purchase mailing lists or acquire personal data from data brokers. Any third-party data we receive relates specifically to identity verification or fraud prevention services directly linked to your Batpor account activity.
Every piece of data Batpor collects is used for a defined purpose. We do not process data speculatively or for purposes that are not relevant to operating the platform and serving you as a player. The main purposes are as follows.
The fundamental reason Batpor processes your personal data is to operate your account, execute bets and game sessions, process deposits and withdrawals in PKR, and deliver the services you have registered to use. Without this processing, the Batpor platform simply could not function.
To comply with anti-money laundering obligations and to ensure that only eligible adults use the platform, Batpor must verify the identity of registered players. This involves processing your name, date of birth and government-issued identification documents. Batpor uses a trusted third-party verification provider for this process. Your documents are not stored longer than required.
Batpor processes technical and account data to detect and prevent fraud, money laundering, account takeovers and bonus abuse. This is both in your interest (protecting your account balance) and a regulatory obligation. Where fraud is suspected, Batpor may share relevant data with law enforcement or financial crime authorities.
Batpor monitors gaming activity data to identify patterns that may indicate problem gambling behaviour. This includes unusually high deposit frequency, large stake increases or interaction with responsible gaming tools. This processing helps Batpor fulfil its duty of care to players.
Support interactions are recorded to facilitate resolution of your queries, maintain quality standards and handle disputes. Support chat transcripts and email histories are retained for a defined period and accessible to authorised support staff only.
Batpor is required by applicable law to retain certain records relating to financial transactions and player activity. This data is retained for the legally required period and may be disclosed to regulatory or law enforcement bodies when lawfully required.
Batpor does not sell personal data. We share it only where necessary to operate the platform, comply with legal obligations or protect the safety and security of players. The categories of recipients are described below.
Your data is never shared with: advertisers, data brokers, third-party marketers, social media platforms or any party without a direct operational reason tied to your Batpor account.
Some of Batpor's service providers, including cloud infrastructure and identity verification platforms, may be based outside Pakistan or may process data on servers located in other countries. Where such transfers occur, Batpor ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place to protect your data to a standard equivalent to or higher than the protections described in this policy.
Safeguards used by Batpor for international transfers include contractual data processing agreements that impose equivalent privacy obligations on the receiving party, and the use of providers whose data centres are ISO 27001 certified.
Your core account and financial data is prioritised for storage on infrastructure located in or nearest to Pakistan where feasible. If you would like specific information about where your data is stored, contact Batpor support.
Protecting your personal and financial data is one of Batpor's most important operational responsibilities. The following security measures are in place across the platform.
All data transmitted between your device and the Batpor platform is encrypted using TLS 1.3 (256-bit SSL). Data stored in Batpor's databases is encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Password data is hashed using a modern, salted hashing algorithm and is never stored in plain text.
Access to systems holding personal data is restricted to authorised Batpor employees whose roles require it. Access is granted on a least-privilege basis and is regularly reviewed. All staff with data access undergo privacy and security training as part of their onboarding and annually thereafter.
Batpor's systems are monitored around the clock for anomalies, intrusion attempts and unusual access patterns. In the event of a confirmed data security incident that affects your personal data, Batpor will notify affected players promptly and take immediate remediation steps.
While Batpor takes extensive measures to protect your data on our end, account security also depends on you keeping your login credentials private. Use a strong, unique password. Do not share your Batpor account details with anyone. If you suspect your account has been compromised, contact our support team immediately.
Batpor retains personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law. The table below outlines general retention periods for different data categories.
| Data Category | Retention Period | Basis |
|---|---|---|
| Identity & KYC Documents | 5 years after account closure | Anti-money laundering regulatory requirement |
| Financial Transaction Records | 7 years from transaction date | Financial record-keeping obligations |
| Gaming History | 3 years after account closure | Dispute resolution and responsible gaming audit |
| Support Communications | 2 years from interaction date | Support quality and dispute reference |

Once a retention period expires, data is securely deleted or irreversibly anonymised. Anonymised data that can no longer be linked to an individual does not constitute personal data and may be retained for aggregate platform analytics.
The Batpor platform uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate the platform, improve user experience and detect fraudulent or abusive behaviour. This section explains exactly how we use them.
Batpor does not use third-party advertising cookies or allow external advertisers to set cookies on our platform. Analytics cookies used by Batpor are configured to anonymise IP addresses and are not shared with advertising networks.
You can control cookie settings through your browser preferences. Note that disabling essential cookies will prevent the Batpor platform from functioning correctly. Preference and analytics cookies can be disabled without affecting your ability to log in and use core features.
In addition to cookies, Batpor uses browser local storage and session storage to maintain your login state and store temporary game session data on your device. This data does not leave your device except as part of normal encrypted platform communication.
As a Batpor player, you have clear rights over the personal data we hold about you. These rights apply regardless of how long you have been a registered player.
Request a copy of all personal data Batpor holds about you. We will respond within 30 days of receiving your request.
Ask us to correct inaccurate personal data or complete incomplete information in your Batpor account profile.
Request deletion of your personal data where it is no longer needed for its original purpose. Regulatory retention obligations may limit what can be deleted.
Ask Batpor to pause processing of your data in specific circumstances, such as while you dispute its accuracy or the lawfulness of our use.
Request your personal data in a structured, machine-readable format so you can transfer it to another service provider if you choose.
Object to processing of your personal data for marketing purposes or profiling. You can withdraw consent for marketing at any time without affecting your ability to use Batpor.
To exercise any of these rights, contact the Batpor support team at support@batpor.com or through live chat. Please include your registered email address and a clear description of your request. We will respond within 30 days. Complex or multiple requests may take up to 60 days, and we will notify you if this is the case.
No fee, no delay: Exercising your data rights is free of charge. Batpor will not make it difficult, slow or conditional on providing reasons beyond what is needed to verify your identity.
Batpor is strictly an adults-only platform. Players must be at least 18 years of age to register and use the platform. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 18.
If Batpor discovers that personal data has been collected from a person under the age of 18, that account will be immediately closed, all data associated with the account will be deleted (except where required for regulatory purposes) and any deposited funds will be returned through the payment method used.
If you believe that a minor has created an account at Batpor, please contact our support team immediately so we can take appropriate action.
Batpor may send you promotional emails, SMS notifications or in-app messages about bonuses, new game launches, sports betting events and other promotions. This only happens if you have consented to receive marketing communications during registration or subsequently updated your preferences to allow it.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by updating your communication preferences in your Batpor account settings or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any marketing email. Opting out of marketing does not affect transactional communications such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications and security alerts, which are necessary for operating your account.
Batpor does not share your contact details with external marketers. All marketing communications come directly from Batpor and relate exclusively to the Batpor platform and its products.
Batpor will never send unsolicited marketing to players who have not opted in. If you receive what appears to be a Batpor marketing message but did not subscribe to any communications, please report it to support@batpor.com immediately as it may be a phishing attempt.
Batpor reviews this Privacy Policy regularly and may update it to reflect changes in how we operate, changes in applicable law or improvements to the way we describe our practices. The date at the top of this page always shows when the policy was most recently updated.
Where changes are material – meaning they significantly affect your rights or how your data is used – Batpor will notify registered players by email or through an in-platform notification before the changes take effect. Minor clarifications or formatting changes may be made without prior notice.
Continued use of the Batpor platform after an updated Privacy Policy takes effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree with changes to this policy, you should contact Batpor to discuss your options, which may include account closure with return of your available balance.
If you have any questions, concerns or requests related to this Privacy Policy or the way Batpor handles your personal data, please contact our privacy team directly. We are committed to responding promptly and helpfully.
