These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Batpor platform. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any bet. By creating an account, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to everything set out below.
Six key areas every Batpor player should understand before they start
You must be at least 18 years old to open a Batpor account. One account per person. False registration details will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balance.
All transactions are processed in PKR. JazzCash, Easypaisa, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT and Visa/Mastercard are accepted. Minimum deposit Rs 100. Withdrawals processed within stated timeframes.
All bonuses carry wagering requirements. Bonus funds and winnings generated from bonuses cannot be withdrawn before wagering conditions are met on the Batpor platform.
Batpor prohibits the use of automated tools, bots or any system designed to gain an unfair advantage. Detected abuse results in account closure and balance forfeiture.
Deposit limits, session timers and self-exclusion are available to every Batpor player. We support players who need to take a break and will never attempt to discourage responsible use of these tools.
Your personal data is handled in accordance with the Batpor Privacy Policy. We do not sell player data to third parties. Full details are published on the Privacy Policy page.
By accessing, registering on or using any part of the Batpor platform – whether through a web browser, the Batpor mobile application or any other means – you confirm that you have read this Terms and Conditions document in full, that you understand what it says and that you agree to be bound by it.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Batpor. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Batpor platform. Continued use of the platform following any update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version.
Important: These Terms apply to all Batpor products including sports betting, esports betting, online casino, crash games, roulette, poker and fishing games. Use of any product on the platform is subject to these Terms.
Batpor reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Batpor will notify registered users through the platform or by email. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically.
To place bets or play games at Batpor, you must first create a registered account. Registration is free and open to eligible individuals as defined in these Terms.
Each person may hold only one Batpor account. Creating multiple accounts, sharing an account with another person or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. If Batpor identifies duplicate accounts associated with the same individual, all duplicate accounts will be closed and balances may be forfeited.
You must provide accurate and truthful information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth and contact details. Batpor reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any point. If the information provided cannot be verified, your account may be suspended until verification is completed.
You are responsible for keeping your Batpor account credentials – username and password – confidential. Do not share your login details with anyone. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Batpor support immediately. Batpor is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has been negligent with their credentials.
Batpor is strictly an adults-only platform. You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use any part of the platform. By registering, you declare that you are 18 or older.
Batpor may request proof of age at any time. Acceptable documents include a valid Pakistani CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), passport or other government-issued photo identification showing your date of birth. If you cannot provide proof of age when requested, your account will be suspended pending verification.
If it is established that a player is under 18 years of age, their account will be permanently closed, all winnings will be forfeited and any deposited funds will be returned to the payment method used, subject to applicable processing procedures.
Batpor takes underage gaming very seriously. If you are aware of a minor attempting to use the platform, please contact our support team immediately.
All deposits at Batpor are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The minimum deposit amount is Rs 100. There is no maximum deposit limit, though individual payment method providers may apply their own transaction limits.
Deposits are credited to your Batpor account balance as soon as they are confirmed by the payment provider. Batpor does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges – please check with your provider before depositing.
All funds deposited at Batpor must be from a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or accepting deposits from someone else, is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension.
Note: Batpor complies with anti-money laundering regulations. We may request documentation to verify the source of funds for large deposits or where unusual deposit patterns are identified.
You may withdraw your available account balance at any time, subject to the conditions set out in these Terms. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount at Batpor is Rs 200.
For security purposes, Batpor may require identity verification before processing a withdrawal, particularly for first-time withdrawals or large amounts. Providing accurate documents promptly will avoid delays. Withdrawal requests submitted with incorrect payment details will be rejected and may require resubmission.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the associated wagering requirements have been fully met. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering conditions will result in the bonus and related winnings being removed from your balance. Your deposited funds remain withdrawable at any time.
Batpor offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be stated at the time the bonus is offered. The general principles below apply to all Batpor promotions unless the specific promotion states otherwise.
General wagering rule: Unless stated otherwise, bonus funds must be wagered the stated number of times on eligible games before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted at Batpor.
The following general rules apply to all sports and esports betting activity at Batpor. Game-specific rules are displayed within each market on the Batpor platform.
A bet is not confirmed until Batpor has accepted it and displayed a bet reference number. Bets placed using incorrect odds displayed due to a system error may be voided at Batpor's discretion.
If an event is cancelled before it begins, all bets on that event will be voided and stakes returned. If a match is postponed and not rescheduled within 48 hours of the original start time, bets will be voided. For cricket matches interrupted by weather, Batpor follows Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method outcomes where applicable.
Individual market maximum payouts are displayed within the Batpor betting interface. Batpor reserves the right to limit the payout on any single bet or accumulator at its discretion, particularly where odds have been set in error.
In-play (live) bets are subject to the same general rules as pre-match bets. Due to the real-time nature of in-play markets, Batpor may suspend markets temporarily during key events such as wickets, goals or video reviews. Bets already accepted will stand.
All casino games, crash games, roulette, poker and fishing games at Batpor are governed by individual game rules displayed within each game interface. The following general principles apply across all casino products on the Batpor platform.
All random number generator (RNG) games at Batpor are certified by independent testing laboratories to confirm that outcomes are genuinely random and that return-to-player (RTP) percentages are as stated. Certification details are available on request from Batpor support.
Crash game titles at Batpor operate under a provably fair system. Players can independently verify the fairness of any completed round using the verification tool available in their account game history.
Live dealer games are operated by regulated studio providers. Outcomes are determined by physical equipment (cards, roulette wheels, dice) under studio conditions. Batpor is not responsible for studio technical failures but will void affected bets and return stakes where a technical failure materially affects a game round.
In the event of a technical malfunction during any game, the affected round will be investigated. Where the malfunction prevents a fair determination of the outcome, the round will be voided and stakes returned. Payouts made in error due to a software malfunction will not be honoured and may be reversed from player balances.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Batpor platform. Engaging in any of these activities will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance and may be reported to relevant authorities.
Batpor reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its discretion. Reasons may include, but are not limited to, violation of these Terms, failure to provide required verification documents, suspected fraud or money laundering activity, or breach of responsible gaming obligations.
You may request to close your Batpor account at any time by contacting support. Any available balance at the time of closure will be returned to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any pending wagering requirements on bonus funds.
Where an account is suspended during an investigation, the account balance will be held pending the outcome of the investigation. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the balance will be returned. If a breach is confirmed, the balance may be partially or fully forfeited depending on the nature of the breach.
Batpor is not obligated to provide advance notice before suspending an account where there are reasonable grounds to believe an immediate suspension is necessary to prevent harm or further violation.

All content on the Batpor platform – including but not limited to logos, game interfaces, graphics, text, software and design elements – is the intellectual property of Batpor or its licensed content providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Batpor content without prior written permission.
The Batpor name, logo and associated brand marks are trademarks of the platform. Unauthorised use of these marks in any context is prohibited.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Batpor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of profits, loss of data or damage to devices resulting from use of Batpor's services.
Batpor's total liability to any player in connection with any claim arising from use of the platform shall not exceed the amount deposited by that player in the twelve months preceding the claim.
Batpor does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform. We maintain a target uptime of 99.6% but accept no liability for losses incurred during periods of planned or unplanned downtime.
Batpor is a betting and gaming platform. Gambling involves risk. You may lose some or all of your deposited funds. Only deposit and wager amounts you are comfortable losing. These Terms do not limit Batpor's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Batpor may amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material – meaning they significantly alter your rights or obligations – registered players will be notified by email or through an in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
Non-material changes such as corrections to typographical errors, clarification of existing policies or formatting updates may be made without prior notice. The date at the top of this document will always reflect when it was last updated.
If you do not agree with an amended version of these Terms, you must close your Batpor account before the amendments take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms and Conditions represent the complete and binding agreement between you and Batpor regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior communications or representations, whether oral or written, relating to the subject matter of these Terms.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. Failure by Batpor to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
